Mayfords is the Managing Agent of my late mother’s flat. My sister and I recently put this flat on the market. Unfortunately the potential buyer and his nitpicking solicitor had so many questions (many totally unreasonable) we had to turn to Mayfords, in particular Gabriella Bent, to assist us. In the end, we pulled out of the sale as we just knew we could never get this buyer over the line. Best decision we ever made!
